We had a LOT of rain 3 weeks back on a Wednesday. When I stopped home for lunch on Thursday I heard gurgling from my sump pump. Their was a backup in the pipe leading to the sewer and the water being pumped out was just coming right back into my (finished) basement.

This was at 2:00 - I immediately called AllStates and they had a crew in my basement by 4:30 - they stayed until 11:00pm and coordinated beautifully with my plumber and a neighbor who was having the same issue. Over the next few days, the AllStates crew was incredibly diligent, tireless and professional.

They did everything they said they would do and then some - it is incredibly rare to find business owners with such integrity and compassion. In a similar circumstance, another company might seize the opportunity to take advantage of me at an emotionally stressful time, but not these guys. I recommend them with the highest of marks.

As the owner of a concierge/personal errand service I have to deal with numerous vendors on a daily basis.

Sean and his team came in over a holiday weekend and did an excellent job drying out and cleaning my carpet!! He will guide you through the whole process and is very attentive to the entire project. He makes sure everything is done right!!!

My first meeting with Sean from AllStates was a result of a series of unfortunate circumstances. My house was empty when one of my son's friends used one of our bathrooms and immediately left our house.

When I arrived home I did not even know what I was walking into; there was water throughout my main living quarters and the toilet was still running. The toilet was clogged and overflowed, it kept on running because the handle was left down. I could not imagine something like this happening ever and now was left with a bigger mess than I could ever imagine.

I did not know where to start cleaning first! I turned off the water and cleaned the water up from the floor. The water damage was far worse then I realized. The water had run down through the walls of my fully finished basement, everything was soaked. This job was far larger than I could handle.

I started searching the internet for companies that could help with this clean up. That was when I found Sean from AllStates Services. Sean immediately put me at ease and assured me everything would be ok. He even offered to come out that evening even though it was 11:30 in the evening and he was a half hour away.

Sean ended up coming out the next day and assessed the damage and determined what equipment would be necessary to adequately clean up and dry out the areas that had been damaged. Sean and his crew were efficient, professional, reliable and empathetic. I do not think another company would have responded in that capacity.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a major cleanup from any situation they felt was beyond their control. They not only put me at ease but my entire family. The quality of their work and professionalism was exceptional!

The gentleman who cleaned our home was very considerate and thorough, and helped us out during an emergency after our dog got sick.

He disinfected the carpet completely so that I could feel comfortable letting my child play on it. He even allowed us to keep his fan for the afternoon so that the carpet would dry faster. He went the extra mile.

Basement water damage cleanup on Sunday

Sean and his team were fantastic, they came to our house on a Sunday at a moments notice and really took charge making sure everything was care for the family and for the house.

Their attention to detail was spectacular, they worked around our schedule and majorly took care of our needs and really listen to our concerns.
